Jon Womack Meal Dashboard
Privacy Policy

Purpose and scope
Jon Womack Meal Dashboard is a private, single-user household application. It uses the Gmail API with read-only permission solely to locate and process the owner's delivered Safeway order receipts.
Google user data accessed
The application searches for messages sent by Safeway that indicate an order was delivered. From matching messages, it processes the order number, delivery date, fulfilled product names, quantities, substitutions, and order total. It does not send email, alter messages, or intentionally process unrelated messages.
Use, storage, and sharing
Extracted order information is used only to create a grocery summary and meal-planning image. Structured order data and generated images are stored on a privately managed Raspberry Pi. Receipt HTML, delivery addresses, payment details, and unrelated email content are not retained.
Product names and quantities may be sent to Microsoft Azure OpenAI to generate the meal-planning image. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with other parties except this processing provider as necessary to provide the feature.
Retention and control
Stored grocery summaries and generated images are retained until the application owner deletes them. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account third-party connections page. Requests concerning access or deletion can be sent to the support address displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.
Google API Services policy
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including its Limited Use requirements.
